Talk about A Positive Change...my feet had been giving me "serious" difficulty over the last 5 years...I had two surgeries and countless Orthopaedic and Podiatrist visits....the doctors gave up. A-POSITIVE-CHANGE took on the challenge and, within a few weeks, built my foot and entire leg strength to such a point I feel like a new person...the pain is all but gone and I'm back to raquetball (prior to A Positive Change, I was convinced my raquetball days were over). Having been negligent in my exercise regimen over the past several years, and as part of the “well over 40” demographic, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started working with A-POSITIVE-CHANGE a few months ago. What I pleasantly discovered was a full-scale training facility comparable to any club but without the waiting or embarrassment associated with a typical fitness center. I was very favorably impressed with your in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and the interrelationship of the muscle groups, your individual and undivided attention, and with your use of a heart rate monitor each session to track cardio performance and total calories burned. My program has always been customized to my fitness level and goals and, to my amazement, the training is so well-balanced that I have not experienced any significant soreness, even after the first few sessions. In addition, I saw immediate improvements in flexibility, stamina, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. But, most importantly, it’s a nice feeling to be able to start wearing clothing again that hasn’t fit in years!
