A-POSITIVE-CHANGE has a very private and personal studio. Your private session is with your certified trainer and you ONLY. There is never any waiting to get on a piece of equipment, no one staring at you or judging you for your appearance or performance. We are here to help you get that positive change you deserve with serious training and motivated atmosphere. ALL sessions are monitored with a heart rate monitor for training intensity and calories burned. At A-POSITIVE-CHANGE, where exercise is medicine.

IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
We also offer individual and two-party training sessions in the comfort of your home. We will travel to homes in St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, and Wentzville. You do not need a gym in your home, we will bring the equipment to you. Whether you have a full gym or no equipment at all, we can design a program that will be safe, creative, and fun for you. For that positive change you want and deserve!
